Located in Columbus' energetic Short North Arts District since 1985, Studios on High Gallery is Columbus' oldest artist-owned and operated gallery. Selected by jury, each exhibiting artist takes turns staffing the gallery, while simultaneously creating art on-site. This provides a rare opportunity for art patrons to meet the artists personally and engage with their creative processes. Members of the gallery participate in solo and group exhibits, and have national and international sales. The gallery offers oil, acrylic, pastels, and watercolor paintings, jewelry, glass, wearables, collages, mosaics, sculptures, and fine crafts. As the Short North celebrates over 25 successful years of Gallery Hops, Studios on High Gallery is proud of its active and unique role in the development of this vital Columbus arts center.
