I live in the central Ohio area with my husband and an assortment of feline friends. My favorite medium is oil and my style is realistic but I work from my imagination. My paintings incorporate symbolic elements drawn from personal, mythic and archetypal imagery. Using symbols as psychic touchstones, images emerge as visions from the soul.

Symbolic images speak a universal language. They freely cross language barriers and borders to enter directly into hearts and minds. Like a well-worn path in our collective psyche, archetypal symbols express unconscious wisdom belonging to us all.
