An avid storm chaser and sightseer, combined with a fascination for all things past has culminated in the artist's unique and quirky portraiture. Discovering unidentifiable family photos led to general collecting of old black and white images. Drawn to the idea that the people and places are forgotten, Tracy combines elements of nature, historical references and symbolism in an attempt to create her own narrative - with the goal that the viewer will create a unique narrative as well.
Tracy received a BA from Ohio University which was followed by a successful career in wildlife illustration. Her works have been exhibited at The Governor's Mansion, the Columbus Public Library, Ohio Department of Natural Resources and Columbus Cultural Arts Center.
